• 70 is a comfortable seated number, but a maximum of 100 can be accommodated for. There are 25 tables measuring 61cm x 121cm and 70 chairs.

• The hall measures approximately 13×7 metres. The hall is fitted with numerous hooks at ceiling level to allow for decorations.

• There is full disabled access.

• There is a large terraced area, ideal as an overflow for summer parties.

• There is parking for a maximum of 20 cars (non exclusive use).

• The kitchen provides two commercial grade ovens, eight plate hob, dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer and under-counter warming oven.

• A water heater (urn) and all crockery and cutlery (not glasses) are included in the hire fee.

• An efficient, effective eco-friendly heating system for year-round hire.

• Hirers wanting to sell alcohol will need to apply for a TEN license (allow 28 days).
